Reinterpreted with a BOKJA twist, the Infatuation print’s scattered roses carry deep, alluring florals into fall, strewn across contrasting quilted coats and trucker jackets, long-sleeve dresses and bralettes. Based on a fragment of a fabric in the BOKJA archives, the English rose’s original Victorian essence is revived through layering and distressing of the florals, even stitching the fabric to achieve another dimension – a BOKJA approach to revealing additional depth. A surrealist depiction of a large sunflower overtaking the landscape complemented with a series of unexpected textile fragments incorporating birds and blooming florals. With sculptural carving of flowers and foliage on its wooded frame, this Louis XV Corbeille Chair embraces its seaters like a basket for an intimate tete-a-tete.
