With this fall/winter print we remember Kamal, an Egyptian artisan we worked with for many years. Lovingly titled Ortancia, it depicts a pink Sarma embroidery conversing with an electric pink embroidered mosque – a nostalgic nod to the innate beauty of religion and its places of worship. In addition, a blood red brocade framed by an explosion of hydrangeas fuses divergent fragments from our textile archives. We are eager to embrace the change of weather. Made from 100% silk twill in an overall floral print, the Quilted Salopette Dress is a charming addition to your seasonal wardrobe. Cut at the waist, the dress’s loose fit and flared skirt adds a natural buoyancy to every step. Wear it with an exaggerated, long scarf.
